DBJEM served as consultant to this 50 unit I-shaped senior complex funded by the US Department of Housing & Urban Development. This newly constructed senior residence is equipped many amenities for resident's convenience and enjoyment.

DBJEM, served as apart of the construction management team for the conversion of a former YMCA into a 16 unit Veterans Housing development with mixed use office and recreational space on the first floor.
